The Marketing Analytics group is a lean and fast-paced team that evaluates business performance, marketing programs, product promotions, and the financial impact of marketing strategies for the Asia Pacific region. The team works directly with regional leadership and franchisees C-suite to develop marketing calendars and sales plans.

The Analyst will be responsible for all work streams related to Performance Analysis, Strategy Development & Sales Planning for a subset of the region and is expected to lead the relationship with key franchisee leaders.

As a Finance Analyst on the Assembly & Test Finance team, supporting MSB Site Assembly & Test Manufacturing Operations, your primary focus will be providing effective operational finance support through performing cost financial reporting, and supporting the reporting processes through data management and data analytics.

• Lead financial projects to optimize production and cash flow.
• Develop and maintain ERP and MIS projects.
• Improve internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Analys and recommend maximizing returns on excess funds.
• Responsible for financial performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Maintain good relationships with bankers and liquidity providers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties related to the Company’s business activities.

Requirement

• Min Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or CPA
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in FP&A, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
