Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Strong business analyst experience and able to create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
• Analyse the business needs, scope the problem and develop business case to address the problem.
• Understand technical limitations, propose or develop and implement solutions to address the technical limitations.
• Oversee, manage multiple vendors and external providers of ICT services, work with team members from application and infra teams on the solutions and design to seek clarification and acceptance to deliver project on time and within budget.
• Identify stakeholders, techniques and processes to manage, track and trace requirements.
• Refine and clarify business need, define solution scope and develop business case.
