As a Business Consultant for Customer Relationship Management (CRM - MS Dynamics) and Retail Banking division of a large Banking Group, you will be responsible to engage with customers across the stages of the Project Lifecycle – Requirements gathering, Mapping processes, Solution architecture & Design supporting the Quality Assurance teams through the life cycle. You shall be a subject matter expert in Payments domain with relevant experience of over 5 years, having worked on large payments transformation projects. Responsibilities-
