Responsibilities

• Principle duties are collecting functional requirements from stakeholders, and able to document and explain the requirements to development and QA team
• Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as Front Office, Middle Office, Finance users to elicit and validate business requirements.
• Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
• Leverage the subject matter experts in Technology & Operations in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions.
• Become an effective “bridge” between business users and technology.

Requirements

• Experience of derivative product characteristic, including structure of products, valuation/pricing information associate with the products
• Knowledge with vanilla product and derivatives and understand the general market practice
• Understand the basic concept of valuation/pricing approach of vanilla and derivatives
• Knowledge in market data
• Experience with scripting language, i.e. Python or Excel Macro
• Master in Financial Engineering, master in Quantitative, CFA or equivalent will be a great plus

• Analyst would be part of 24x7 Cyber Security Operations function to perform security monitoring and incident response, data loss prevention, vulnerability management, threat intelligence and threat hunting.
• Perform monitoring, research, assessment and analysis on alerts from SIEM tools.
• Follow pre-defined actions to investigate possible security incidents or perform incident response actions, including escalating to other support groups.
• Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.
• Ensure proper functioning of systems in the Security Operations Centre.
• Send out emails to L2 and other groups and follow up accordingly.

Position Title: System Analyst (Cards Disputes)

Software Requirements:

• Proficient in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and application solution design for Cards Core Issuing and acquiring processes.
• Familiarity with card payment networks and dispute management systems.
• Strong understanding of technical interface specifications and documentation.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions with business and IT teams to gather requirements and prepare technical specifications.
• Document functional designs and work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and end-users for application development and enhancements.
• Prepare functional solution documents and present them to stakeholders for sign-off.
• Review detailed technical designs, code, test strategies, and results; manage defect triaging.

Position Summary: The Contractual Compliance Analyst’s primary role is processing complaints related to the Registrar Accrediation Agreement, Registry Agreements and Consensus Policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate complaints, and engage with registrars/registries to ensure compliance with ICANN’s policies and agreements
• Conduct and support monitoring, outreach and enforcement activities
• Track and document compliance trending
