1. Performing financial accounting

- Oversee daily reconciliation of receipts against Daily Operation summary / bank statements / credit card statements, etc of various outlets

- Prepare and submit daily POS sales and monthly GTO reports to respective landlords on a timely basis

- Oversee GTO audit at year end

- Oversee bank reconciliation statements for all bank accounts

- Apply customers’ payment in Netsuite

- Prepare monthly cashflow statement

2. Supporting statutory reporting filing

- Assist in statutory audit and corporate tax computation

3. Affording general administrative and clerical support

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Manage the supplies and distribution of stationery inventory to outlets.

Pre-Requisites

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Related Fields

- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ Accounts Receivable experience in the retail industry preferred though not mandatory

- Well versed in Microsoft Office

Job Summary:

• Purchase BRI/BRCS Package
• Review loan documents presented by sales/dealership, verify the accuracy of the loan documents, gather proper documentation and ensure document compliance with state regulations and company policy
• Notify sales/dealership or the customer of any discrepancies and will follow-up until any issue are resolved
• Assist in preparation of loan proposal, approval advise, HP agreements, invoices, billings and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in system and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filling duties
• Create /maintain/check client & loan record in the system
• Monitoring and tracking of loan process
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Description:

1. Assist in verification of invoices ensuring accurate information and description.

2. Organise and maintaining payment records.

3. Assist in reconciliation of financial records ensuring accuracy and completeness.

4. Assist in processing daily orders and shipping documents to logistics partners.

5. Tracking and updating of outgoing shipments.

6. Attend to customers inquiries relating to orders.

7. Purchasing of insurance for shipment.

8. Maintaining records of inventory movements and stock count.

9. Assist in other admin. duties as and when required.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in accounting with at least 2-3 years relevant working experience.

2. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

3. Be meticulous and have an eye for details.

4. Ability to identify discrepancies.

5. Able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.

6. Good communications skills.

7. Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with colleagues and partners in China.

8. Able to start work within short notice.

9. Willing to work around Ubi vicinity.
