Job Responsibility
• Requirements Analysis & Elicitation
• Collaborate with BU Specialists to elicit, review and update business requirements
• Analyse "to be" business and operations processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, determine the areas of impact and overall high level solution
• Challenge business stakeholders to drive out the real business outcomes that are required to realise the customer and business propositions; not simply recording requirements
• Responsible to analyse and define non-functional requirements based on business requirements
• Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope creep
• Write business functional release notes and contribute to deployment plan
• Team Collaboration
• Transition functional and non-functional requirements to System Analysts, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
• Work with Test Manager to translate business requirements into test scenarios
• Facilitate / provide "Train the Trainer" on application enhancements
• Testing & Scope Management
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
• Perform initial impact assessment and high level estimation for Project Change Request

Technical Skills & Experience
• Strong business domain knowledge in banking
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ business/ finance or equivalent

• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives
• Solid understanding of business architecture methodologies & techniques including their practical application
• Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market.

• Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals
• Experience of delivering projects using agile methodology

We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join our team of finance professionals as a Finance Executive. You will be an integral part of the finance function, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Your responsibilities will encompass covering the full spectrum of the accounts function, which includes:

Accounts Receivables:

Ø Responsible for obtaining timely payments from customer within agreed payment terms and reducing accounts receivable outstanding.

Ø Perform day to day accounts receivable transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivable data.

Ø Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Ø Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.

Ø Issue credit note.

Ø Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting customers.

Ø Generate statements of accounts detailing accounts receivable status.

Ø Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Accounts Payable:

Ø Prepare and collate supporting documents for payment setup.

Ø Match payments in the accounting system.

Ø Maintain digital copies of the payment documents.

Ø Perform reconciliation of statement of account between company and the insurers.

Ø Investigate, sort, liaise and resolve reconciling items.

Ø Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Ø Minimum Diploma in Accountancy.

Ø Must have minimum 2 years of related working experience in a similar role.

Ø Candidates with prior working experience in FMCG firm will have an added advantage.

Ø Knowledgeable on the usage of Microsoft Office Software and Business Center 365 would be advantageous.
