Key Responsibilities

• Assist with aspects of financial accounting records, AR and AP management, and reconciliation (includes posting, verification, payment, offsetting, filling, AR chasers/follow-up, contra).
• Ensure timely AR/AP financial reporting for month end and year end.
• Handle any other general office administration.

Job Description

• Devise, script, capture, and edit captivating video content in alignment with the Marketing Team's objectives and target audience.
• Oversee and manage video equipment, encompassing cameras, microphones, lighting, and accessories, to ensure the highest video production quality.
• Strategize and conduct video shoots encompassing a range of content types, such as commercials, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes features, lifestyle showcases, skits, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft storyboards for video scripts in preparation for each shoot.
• Craft engaging short-form videos tailored for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok. Choose between a DSLR camera or a smartphone camera depending on specific requirements.
• Adapt video content for diverse social media platforms and formats.
• Organize and sift through raw footage and employ creative video editing techniques, including cutting, trimming, incorporating effects, adding subtitles, enhancing color balance, and refining audio quality.
• Stay attuned to the latest video trends and methodologies while continuously brainstorming fresh video concepts.
• Maintain a well-organized video repository, including efficient file management, tagging, and archiving, facilitating the seamless retrieval and repurposing of video assets.

Job Requirements

• Possess a diploma or degree in Videography, Media Production, Film Production, or related fields.
• Demonstrate a minimum of one year of pertinent work experience.
• Exhibit robust technical expertise in videography, lighting, and audio equipment.

• Experience in fostering the growth of a YouTube channel or other social platforms.

Job scope:

• Invoice Data Entry to enter vendor invoice information and to distribute the invoice amount to the appropriate general ledger accounts
• Providing the first step toward evaluating and processing payables.
• To enter all outstanding invoices and adjustments to previously recorded invoices.
• Ad hoc administrative duties assigned.
