• In this role, you will be overseeing the full spectrum of finance which includes the finance and accounting function and corporate governance. You will work with the management team and the other stakeholders on the expansion of the business. Job Purpose:

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial management and reporting activities of the company, including budget planning, financial analysis, and providing strategic financial advice to support the executive management team in making informed business decisions.

For this portfolio mgt finance manager role, you are part of the finance team and will work closely with the investment team and play a gate keeping function on the following key areas:

Valuation

1. Lead the fair valuation of portfolio projects based on relevant guidelines
2. Review the business assumption inputs used by the investment team in discounted cashflow (DCF) valuation models in accordance with valuation guidelines, including determining/updating the appropriate discount rate / WACC / risk premiums to be used for different sectors/countries;
3. Ǫualifications & Experience
