JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring and executing the seamless integration of financial systems, processes, and teams following mergers & acquisitions. • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure that all financial integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls

Post-Integration Support:

• Oversee the stabilization of integrated financial systems and processes, ensuring that all issues are addressed.

Brief Summary

The Regional Finance Director partners with the Commercial SVP to drive growth sustainably by driving efficiency in the investments being made to drive topline and bottom line as well. Qualifications
