You will lead data analytics projects that are commissioned by institutions within the SingHealth Group and provide recommendations based on the insights and analysis done. You will partner with stakeholders and cross functional teams in your course of work especially the Regional Health and Finance offices within the cluster so as to achieve the desired outcomes. You will also provide the necessary training to institutional teams on data analytics tool as required. Other duties include assisting in projects as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science / Engineering, Business Analytics or other quantitative disciplines, preferably at least 5 years of technical experience and 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in the healthcare or finance is preferred
• Strong theoretical understanding of financial / statistical modelling, machine learning,data mining and related techniques

You will champion the development of new data science techniques, methodologies and delivery of analytics projects from planning through toprototyping, testing, implementation and publication. You will comply with MOH’s requirements for monthly Casemix and Subvention data submission, quarterly submission of Financial Performance Report and any other reports by ensuring proper accounting, accrual and reconciliation of all subvention revenue including tracking and follow up on cash disbursements.
