Job Responsibility:
The Accounts and Finance Officer/ Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the financial operations of the company. • Drafting and assisting with legal documents, legal research or legal proposal.
• Monitoring and drafting of legal updates, business development and marketing efforts, including maintaining client lists and registers, sending of legal updates , event planning abd excutivion in resepct of seminars and updating of lawyer profiles and ranking lists.
• Management of deadlines and general support for all aspects of work
• Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma in Law/ Legal Studies
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team spirit
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• IT savvy, proficient in MS Office
