Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare group consolidation and financial reporting
· Work with business units to analyse business performance and financial analysis
· Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis of financial accounts
· Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory reporting requirements and financial accounting regulations.
· Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing of accounts, year-end closing, management reporting and financial analysis
· Collate information with relevant departments and analyse project costs, revenue and related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis and comment on variance
· Prepare reconciliation of project modules, inter-company transactions and general ledger
· Provide financial insights, analyse and drive business performance to achieve business and growth targets
· Management of cash flow and credit control
· Provide guidance, advice and support to the Finance team (including subsidiaries) at the operational level
· Perform monthly reporting and review of Financial Statement for Management
· Review and submission of Quarterly GST reports
· Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents on financing, treasury, accounting, taxation and insurance risk matters
· General accounting and statutory audit

Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least an ACCA, Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial accounting
· Experience in group consolidation is a must
· Experience with SAP B1 preferred
· Knowledge in APAC tax laws and accounting standards will be advantageous
· Well organized and meticulous
· Responsible and positive working attitude
· Analytical and detailed-oriented
· Prior experience in the manufacturing or construction sector would be advantageous but not a must.
