*Responsibilities:*

Role: Business Analyst

Duration; 12months initial

Location: Changi, SG

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the CCTR application for the assigned business vertical

– information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.

• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.

• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.

• For project where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy.

• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team

• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.

• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.

• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.

• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.

• Manage end to end project life cycle including deployment plans and live verification with users.

  • 10+ years of overall development experience in software development.
  • 5+ years of experience in banking application development, with a solid understanding of financial workflows, compliance, and security standards.
• Domain Knowledge:
  • Prior work experience in Singapore, with a good understanding of its technology and banking ecosystem.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in .NET, MSSQL/Oracle, or banking technologies are a plus.

Summary

Perform account opening, KYC, periodic review and Enhanced CDD for on-boarding of PEP clients

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performing enhanced due diligence and reviews of PEP clients including Periodic Review
• Advising on compliance and regulatory issues relating to KYC.
• Liaise with internal clients like AML Front Control/Front office/ operations/external auditors and internal auditors in relation to KYC matters.
• Prepare of periodic management reports
• Ability to identify KYC issues and ensure client meets regulatory and internal requirements before account opening
• Ability to perform KYC reviews and name hits review promptly
• Assessment of risk and daily BAU KYC related matters (i.e. unblocking of transactions)

Requirement:

• 8 years of relevant experience in a Private Bank
• Experience in the onboarding and account opening of PEP clients.
• Knowledge of the Singapore regulations, i.e. Banking Act, SFA, FAA.
• Initiative and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Strong analytical and evaluative skills and attention to details.
