• Responsible for supporting SIA Group Finance suite of systems.
• Part of the team that will be responsible for implementation of new systems (including S/4 HANA and other systems) as part of Finance transformation roadmap for SIA Group.
• Develop deep hands-on functional expertise on configuring S/4 HANA and other Finance systems including integration.
• Perform Scrum Master role for multiple squads and assist the squads by removing any impediments, improving team’s throughput and achieve timely deliveries.
• Handle Product backlog comprising of functional improvements, new enhancements and technical debt (e.g. security patching, software version control and application road-map) for applications/products under your charge. Perform Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.
• Liaise with SIA Group internal teams/vendor for changes to impacted applications and monitor timely completion. Support end-to-end System Integration Testing and plan, including documenting test scenarios.
• Perform the role of a Business Analyst by defining and analyzing business requirements with business processes being reviewed for improvements/enhancements.
• Manage the overall delivery of IT projects. Anticipate any potential issues that might impact the project. Track and report project status to project steering committees.
• Ensure that the processes and procedures are followed for audit and Infosecurity compliance.
• Continually streamline and optimise the application and products to reduce incidents and improve resilience and cost of ownership.
• Continually track industry and IT trends in the Finance domain, identify suitable areas and innovation opportunities for potential adoption by business.
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties.
• This is an individual contributor role.
• Note: You could be posted to any subsidiary in SIA Group.

Requirements

• You should possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience in Agile framework and handling major projects.
• Prior hands-on functional experience in handling S/4 HANA and Invoice automation and other Finance systems.
• Experience in Business Consolidation and, Budgeting and Planning will be an added advantage.
• Good Finance domain knowledge.
• Experience in managing IT systems and projects in the Finance domain.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager & Business Analyst, focusing on driving operational efficiency within our banking operations. The primary responsibilities will include spearheading process re-engineering initiatives and implementing system improvements. This role will also play a crucial part in the strategic offshoring of activities to our Shared Service Center in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in the banking industry.

The APAC GCS Finance team partners with sales and cross-functional leadership to provide analytical input and recommendations on key business decisions. We are responsible for core operations such as forecasting and budgeting, and act as a key advisor to the leadership team on topics such as business performance, risks and opportunities, market acceleration plans and resource allocation.

- From ensuring flawlessly smooth operations to enabling rich insights on business performance and shaping the development of regional priorities, the Finance organization is an important advisor to the business and a guardian of long-term value creation. In this role, you will work with senior sales leaders Customer - ----Solutions, act as a trusted advisor and a guardian and own end-to-end finance partnering on regional business priorities.

With strong analytical skills and presentation skills, you will distill crisp insights on complex, ambiguous topics, helping the APAC GCS senior management team make better business decisions. You will operate with a high degree of independence and collaborate closely with the GCS finance leadership and central finance teams based in the US to drive an effective business partnership. You will engage closely with and influence a wide range of stakeholders in Google’s global, regional and local teams, as well as senior management, across Finance, Sales, and Strategy and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide management with clear insights and recommendations into drivers of revenue, market trends, risks, and opportunities leading to revenue enhancing sales & product actions.
• Engage in deep dive analyses to understand business performance, and provide concise summaries and recommendations to management.
• Support critical financial planning processes such as revenue forecasting, sales target setting, revenue calls preparation, and sales performance evaluations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop business cases / strategic plans backed by relevant analyses and insights

Minimum qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative field of study preferred with a strong academic record.
• 3 years experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance or similar commercial analytical role

• Fluency in English

About the Job:

As an experienced SAP Consultant at IBM Consulting, you will deliver innovative business solutions, where you will:

· Lead workshops to gather the information needed for fit-gap analysis or blueprints;

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and consolidation of monthly financial reports for APAC reporting purposes on a timely manner.
• Assist in preparation and provides supporting analysis, engagement, and results at the region, business unit and support function level on a scheduled basis.
• Identifies areas for improvement of data tracking, metrics, and intelligence gathering.
• Discussing with team members to investigate anomalies and trends, derive insights and present outputs and recommendations.
• Utilize multiple data sets and sources to design and develop metrics, reports and dashboards to provide financial overview.
