Job Summary:

As the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic insights that support decision-making across all areas of the business. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CPA, CFA is a plus).
• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, with a focus on financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and forecasting methodologies.
• Previous experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel) and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of tax laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate finance best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
