Responsibilities:
•Expertise in UCP and proficient trade legal knowledge in order to manage and negotiate LC formats with trading counterparties.
•Familiar with common trade finance structures such as Back to Back or Front to Back LC structures; as well as negotiate facility structures, limits and security arrangements with financing institutions.
•Manage all necessary documents for LC application and bank negotiation independently;
•Manage Account opening/update and KYC matters with the banks
•Monitor LC discounting and make sure funds credit into account on time;
•Follow up with advising banks on documents flow and acceptance from issuing banks;
•Maintain current and new banking relationship;
•Ensure compliance with banks' terms, conditions and other requirements;
•Able to review and improve internal trade systems, process and standard operating procedure
•Liaise with each business unit to allocate facility usage and maintain facility report;
•Make sure each business transaction is properly documented and recorded;
•Daily updates trade summary;
•Undertake additional functions and duties when required.
Requirements:
•Bachelor Degree in Banking/ Finance or equivalent;
•At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a trade finance environment
•Proficient in Mandarin

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm)
