• Ensure deliverables of working team are in compliance with internal standards, processes and policies.
• Liaise between working team and Change Management, Infrastructure Management, Security Management and other applicable processes and standards, ensuring quality input is obtained by the reviewing/approving body.
• For complex software deployments (cutovers):
  • Work with project director, to plan and scope software release event(s)
  • Take accountability for the entire event planning, across all participating systems and users
  • Own the runbook, as the foundation of structured execution of actions during cutover window
  • Ensure required communication alongside the progress of cutover steps
  • Secure auditable artefacts for sensitive steps and decisions undertaken during the event
• Manage multiple work-streams concurrently and effectively resolve issues or conflicts.

Requirements

• Experience of release management using JIRA
• Experience in provisioning technical testing & production environments in multi-countries, open source, cloud-ready ecosystem
• Working knowledge of various cloud supporting technologies (i.e. Open Shift, APIs, Kafka, VPC, GTM…)
• Hands-on Experience in IT environment observability, on infrastructure and application level (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Grafana/Kibana, AppDynamics).
• Knowledge on CI/CD tools, flow mechanism other supporting tools and processes

1) Support syndication loan agency, security agency services to all segments that the Bank is appointed as Facility Agent, Security Agent &/or Account Bank.

2) Processing and monitor day to day processing of syndication loan administration, drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, prepayment, fee calculation, payment and document safe-keeping and filing arrangement.

3) Liaise with Legal Counsels, Finance Parties and Borrower for drawdown or rollover

4) Ensure all terms and conditions precedent of facility agreement are met before execution of any requests from borrower.

5) Ensure all required covenants are provided as per the provision of the Facility Agreement

6) Manage any amendment or waivers request by Borrower from time to time as needed.

7) Ensure filing of relevant MAS returns within the specific time frame.

8) Co-ordinate / Participate in negotiation and repapering exercise on IBOR transitions

9) Co-ordinate / Participate in various enhancement projects in the department, such as system enhancement or ad-hoc projects.

10) Manage system problems and rectify impacted accounts.

11) Support system enhancement and submit user requirements for improvements.
