Responsibilities

• Develop a basic understanding of Credit Card and Card Rewards processing to support campaign-related activities.
• Support user requests and testing with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Plan and organize UAT schedules efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Liaise with technology partners to define solutions, align delivery timelines, and ensure UAT environment readiness.
• Prepare UAT documentation, including test plans, scopes, scripts, and data.
• Set up rewards campaigns in the UAT environment and perform comprehensive end-to-end testing.
• Document test results systematically, prepare structured test artifacts, and conduct reviews and walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage UAT progress by providing timely status updates, reporting issues early, and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system implementation, including preparing instructions/parameter forms for rewards campaign setups.
• Coordinate live verification activities with business teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
• Team oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent execution skills in a multi-tasking mode and follow-up effectively.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
• Knowledge of JIRA and SQL would be good to have
