Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and close project plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Drive project scoping and initiation documents, business cases, and business requirements documents.
• Manage project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders across business and technology functions from Front, Middle, and Back Office.
• Work across business and technology lines to define, analyze, and lead improvements to business processes and procedures in line with best practices, regulatory and legal compliance.
• Manage project resources, budgets, scope, risks, schedules, progress, performance, deliverables, issues, escalations, and conflicts.
• Engage teams and stakeholders throughout all stages of projects (e.g., facilitating requirements gathering workshops, design specifications, identifying target operating models, user training needs, managing UAT, dress rehearsals, parallel runs, and Go-Live rollouts).
• Produce and maintain key project documentation throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., plans, status reports, and issue and risk logs).
• Prepare accurate and detailed project reports and presentations to update senior management on milestones and statuses.
• Effectively apply project management methodologies and enforce the bank’s project standards.
• Perform post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• University graduate with a major in Business Management, Information Systems/Technology, or Finance from a recognized university.
• At least five years of experience managing large-scale, end-to-end projects in a global financial institution, responsible for all project aspects (managing users, technology partners, senior stakeholders, and external service providers).
• Certification in project management and/or Agile methodologies (Product Owner or Scrum Master) is advantageous.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented, capable of engaging with multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Accounting, General Admin Functions

• Responsible for the full set accounts and day-to-day accounting.

7. Renewals:

· Review performance of the insurance plans to ensure they continue to meet client’s needs.

· Recommend changes to the plans based on feedback from client and/or industry trends.

· Conduct remarketing exercise to compare the terms against existing insurance carrier.

· Provide claim analysis report to inform clients the claim trends of employees

Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Business Technology Department in SIA Finance Division. You will be required to work with Finance business users, IT Division and IT vendors to plan and implement Finance digital initiatives and to provide effective operational support for implemented Finance systems.

You will be a part of the Asian Investment Banking Division (“AIBD”) that sits in the front line, responsible for the promotion of Corporate & Investment Banking (“CIB”) products and services in the Asia and Oceania region, covering both Global Corporates and Japanese Corporates. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process or prepare loan documents/credit facilities set up (e.g. roll over request, credit draw down)
• Perform collateral management
• Ensure adherence of credit facility’s limits
• Prepare Credit reports
• Work closely with other business stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics Commerce/ or any other relevant education
• Minimum 4 years of Credit Administration (Admin)/Credit risk experience in Banking industry
• Knowledge in MAS 610 requirements
• Meticulous, organized, team player and has good interpersonal skills
