• Extract online bank statements and ensure completeness of transactions entry in system
• Prepare schedules for journal entries of including but not limited to audit fee, tax fee, corporate secretarial fee, intercompany balances
• Assist in review and posting of journal entries
• Perform bank reconciliations as assigned
• Assist in preparing reporting packs and quarterly cash flows
• Perform intercompany check and reconciliations

• Prepare/review statutory financial statements of offshore entities

Job Requirements:
