• Resolves customer issues and inquiries received through various channels (calls, emails and social media) accurately and within the committed turnaround time.
• Resolves customer complaints and issues to the customer's satisfaction and accurately documents complaints, problems, and their solutions.
• Maintains up to date knowledge through individual and team training, attending meetings, and staying informed by reading information in the Contact Centre's knowledge management system.
• Safeguards the confidentiality of the Bank's customers and their data.

skills and experience required

• Degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a call center / banking / customer service environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

· Organising workflow, liaising with stakeholders for marketing materials, giveaways to be sent to the distributors

· Coordinating between marketing and distributors of the exhibitions

· Prepare visitors registration and show book

· To prepare delivery order

· To coordinate delivery schedule with forwarder and distributors

· To prepare shipping docs

· To monitor returning demo schedule after demonstrations

· Import/Export coordination with forwarder

· To assist and coordinate with the distributors to prepare for delivery

· Manage marketing materials inventory

· Organising and coordinating service training and application training

· Source for venues for events/training

· Coordination of event with vendors

· On site visit

· To coordinate transportation of demo systems to hotel training venue with transporter

· Assist Business Manager and Sales Manager with administrative Product Management, Sales and Regulatory tasks

· Ad-hoc marketing support activities assign by Business Manager.

Requirement

· Min Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Communications

· Excellent presentation skills

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment

· Team player and collaborator
