Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts and finance functions in accordance to statutory requirements, company policies and procedures

Job Description:

• Facilitate the claims procedure between the insurance companies, loss adjusters, lawyers, clients and relevant parties by evaluating, negotiating and settling the resolution of all classes of claims
• Managing customer interactions in an efficient, courteous and timely manner in order to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

This role is a core member of the APAC HQ team. The mission of the person is 2 fold.

Transformation of the Finacne Organization. This include but not limited to the following:

REQUIREMENTS

The Finance & Admin Executive is responsible in handling all day-to-day financial matters of Special Olympics Singapore, ensuring that proper accounting, reporting and governance is observed under standard Financial Reporting Standards. He/she is also required to provide administrative support to the Secretariat and the Board members, where necessary.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. Assist our account teams in ongoing PR, social media and digital projects.
2. Research for media materials, social media outreach or new business proposals.
3. Monitor, collate and analyse media coverage.
4. Manage monthly reports to derive insights.
5. Other administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED

A diploma in any subject is acceptable, although English, journalism, media studies or mass communications are preferred. In-house or Agency experience in corporate communications or public relations will be advantageous.

Key Areas of Responsibilities: -

1. Product management and marketing of Guitar products.
2. Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans and activities to achieve the company’s sales and marketing objectives.
3. Support the various sales channels in achieving their respective sales budget.
4. Data collection and analysis on market and competitor trends.
5. Conduct monthly sales forecast and sales reporting.
6. Work with artistes/influencers/external partners to create branding awareness for Yamaha products.
7. Liaise closely with suppliers on stock requisitions and inventory management of non-Yamaha products.
8. Render any form of support to the team as and when assigned or required.

Requirements: -

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields of study.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing and/or product management.
3. Possesses an aptitude in numeracy and data analysis, and the ability to display good business acumen.
4. Knowledge and interest in musical instruments, particularly in Guitars, will be an added advantage.
5. Prior events management experience will be advantageous.
6. A team player which possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Admin duties and paperwork.
• Issuing PO/TO/DO/RPO under overseas shipment and assigned Buyer.
• Preparing oversea payment / D list for shipment.
• Submit NAC/AEF/APM for shipment.
• Perform upload NAC/AEF/APM etc for STAT dept.
• Coordinate with warehouse and overseas colleagues/vendors.
• Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports for assigned Buyer.
• Compilation of monthly promotion listings.
• Codes creation and system management
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager or assigned Buyer.

Job Requirements

• GCE 'O' level and above with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, hands-on in Vlook-up and Pivot table.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, occasionally has to bring work home during peak event period.
• Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage.
• Independant and mature; can take stress and a multi-tasker.
• Good time management and organisation skills.

• Experience in Canvassing, door to door sales and cold calling to customers.
• Preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Demonstrating our solution via the video conference or face to face meetings.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years' experience in sales and hunting role.
