Responsibilities

• Assist in daily finance operations (includes payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions);- Assist in partial/full set of accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into MYOB accounting system;
• Posting of month-end closing journal entries;
• General office administration such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office supplies;
• Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims;
• Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager in-charge

Requirements

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting;

Job Description:

• Process cases filed with client, including notes taking in mediation/ hearing;
• Assist Registrar officers with projects;
• Assist with the dispatch of official documents to Board members, parties and/or stakeholders;
• Setting up of mediation and/or hearing room;
• Cover reception and/or case officers’ duties when required;
• Packing and shelving of completed files in the storeroom;

About the role

We are looking for someone to join our Accounts and Admin team to facilitate smooth flow of payments and coordination. We want someone who loves talking to people, and able to gel with the team well.

Responsibilities (Admin)

1. Monthly vendor listings submission
2. Weekly submission of access lists. (VMS will be included upon confirmation)
3. Daily update of overall Sales’ charts.
4. Daily monitoring of Booking Systems on booked and cancellation roadshow and to update the team on any changes, to ensure organic spaces are booked.
5. Keying of Monthly Sales into Booking System.
6. Ad-hoc monthly meter readings when needed.
7. Any other ad-hoc admin tasks upon assigning.
