• Raise a ticket in support tool to troubleshoot any technical issues, and follow-up closely to ensure problems are resolved. Escalate to Assistant E-Commerce Manager if necessary.

• Conduct a monthly site search optimization to ensure relevant display of products and optimize the tools on the website to improve UX.

As a Regional Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing financial operations within your assigned region, including consolidation responsibilities. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Required experience in Group Consolidation of Accounts, Analysis of Financial results
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within the distribution industry.
• ERP Implementation experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup) and PowerPoint
