• End-user level administration of IT systems, applications used for operations, MOH and AIC portals, CPF Board MediClaim portal, LEAP, Rehab masterlist maintenance
• Manage purchases and liaise with vendors
• Verify invoices for payment of purchases and services
• Manage medical supply stocks and vendors
• Liaise with equipment vendors for maintenance support
• Prepare monthly claims for locums, staff claims
• Create and update admin-related Standard Operating Procedures (where applicable)
• Manage donations and volunteers

Criteria:

• 4-5 years experience in a similar healthcare related function
• Experience in front office services
• Well organised and meticulous
• Familiar with Microsoft tools
• Contribute to preparation of monthly statistical reports of client data and tracking of targets achieved.
• Able to perform accurate billings and collection
• Good in customer management, especially with difficult beneficiaries

• Basic up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day site management activities.
• Assist with M&E drawings and monitor site progress.
• Help prepare reports and documentation for project completion.
• Handle marketing tasks, coordinate with potential customers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding company products and services.

Requirements

• Min. ITE qualification or 2 years of experience in the M&E or A&A building field.
• Relevant knowledge/experience in ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection Systems, Plumbing, and Sanitary Services.
• Fluent in MANDARIN and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
