Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and marketing initiatives, striving to meet daily KPIs and monthly sales targets.
• Lead and direct the Sales & Marketing Department, setting priorities and direction.
• Identify and cultivate potential growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
• Respond to customer needs and requirements, providing timely after-sales support.
• Strengthen corporate and brand visibility.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing (Account Management/ Business Development).
• At least 3 years of experience in 3PL Supply Chain operations.
• Exceptional proficiency in Japanese speaking, reading and writing to effectively communicate with Japanese clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

The Position

• Build and maintain relationships with customers

• Meticulous: As you will be dealing with highly valuable items, you are to be meticulous and diligent in all aspects of the role, e.g., conducting inventory audits, testing the authenticity of the precious metal product, handling cash, etc.
• Versatile: You are required to switch between speaking with customers, to hands-on operational work, to desk-bound administrative work throughout the day.
• Great Communicator: You need to be proficient in verbal and written English to communicate effectively with our customers. Fluency in additional languages and/or dialects is a plus. (Good communication skills in other language and/or dialects language to build and maintain relationships with other customers) As part of an integrated and international team, you are furthermore encouraged to communicate openly and directly across all levels of the organization.

Location & Work hours

The job location is BullionStar's bullion shop, showroom and vault at 45 New Bridge Road. This bustling location is located in between Chinatown and Clarke Quay with the Clarke Quay MRT located just across the road making commuting easy.

5-day work week, 1 Saturday inclusive.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 2,700 to SGD 4,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months' bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month salary. BullionStar furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Human Resource in all daily tasks and matters in the Human Resource Department.

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and orientation, training, payroll and IR8A submission, work pass and Man Year Entitlement application, dormitory arrangement, incident reporting, medical, insurance and work injury claims, employee profiles and leave management, overseas deployment, promotions and resignations.

• Coordinate with Operations Department in project executions, including fulfilling manpower requirements, site registrations, inductions, swab test registration.

• Implement HR-related programmes and policies, apply for HR-related certifications and grants, establish internships and industrial attachments with educational institutions, participate in recruitment fairs and organise Company events.
