The incumbent will be based in one of the Public Health Institutions.

• Supporting the pharmacists in facilitating procurement-related activities
• Ensure that procurement of pharmaceutical products are always carried out in a fair and objective manner in compliance to procurement policies and ensure timely deliveries.
• Management of samples, drug codes and barcoding information for all purchasing activities undertaken.
• Assists in the preparation of procurement documents and negotiate with vendors.
• Process PR/ PO/ Invoices/ WOC.
• Manage interface with stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health, IHIS and vendors for sourcing events through e-procurement.
• Liaise with store / user departments and vendors on any dispute over item discrepancies and reconciles with the vendors and reports unresolved issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing and production of RFP documentation.
• Solicit feedback and be proactive in addressing problem

Requirements

• Diploma/ Advanced/ Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Ariba/Sesami and SAP MM modules.
• Sound knowledge of procurement cycle and governance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Aim

To equip Ops Executive with necessary clinic operations skills (oversee a team of frontline clinic staff to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic) and that a higher level of service is provided to our patients.
