The Operation Executive provides admin and technical support to the team. He will help to organise and support training programmes of Caring for Life (CFL), for people with suicide ideation and community carers. Key Responsibilities

• Build relationship with the pet retailers, defend shelf space to increase product offerings and shelf presence.
• Continually engage pet retailers to keep abreast with customers’ needs, strengthen the business partnership and generate repeat sales orders.
• Provide product training to staff in the stores.
• Process customers’ purchase orders and liaise with Logistics/Warehouse to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
• Work closely with Accounts to ensure timely collection of sales proceeds from customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing-on-marketing efforts and promotions and execute them with the retailers.
• Participate in roadshows and promotional events to create company/product awareness and generate sales.
• Meet/ exceed sales targets.

In this role, you will perform essential administrative, coordination and secretariat functions, providing comprehensive support for the Office's strategic and operational activities.

Your responsibilities will include report writing, coordinating work plans, data analysis and drafting and reviewing Policies & Procedures (P&P).
