Responsibility
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the wholesale trade of a diverse range of goods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. This role requires a deep understanding of the wholesale market and the ability to manage a variety of products without a single dominant product category.
Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of products, ensuring that each product category receives appropriate attention and resources.
- Collaborate with procurement and marketing teams to ensure product availability and effective promotion.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and sales performance.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising sales performance.
- Ability to work overtime when required.

Requirement
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Power point.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independent and pressure environment
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
