The Market Development Manager (ASEAN) will be responsible, as a part of a team, for driving top line growth and developing new business opportunities utilizing a full suite of Avery Dennison Smartrac RFID solutions and products for multiple focus industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Logistics or Ecommerce.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Lead, enable and own responsibility for execution and sales results for the including Retail, Healthcare, Logistics or Ecommerce.

• Managing audit engagement teams to deliverr top quality services.
• Develop a strong client relationships, with sound technical knowledge and ability to motivate team members
• Minimal 4 years of experience in reputable Singapore CPA firms

Team Introduction

The TikTok Shop Ads Product team builds solutions that help merchants grow their businesses on TikTok by optimizing ad experiences throughout the shopping funnel. These tailored tools enable merchants, brands, and creators to showcase and sell products directly through in-feed videos, LIVEs, the product showcase tab, and the shopping center (2nd tab in the TikTok app). TikTok Shop is currently available in Southeast Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States

Responsibilities:

- Based on the merchant growth , deeply integrate e-commerce products to improve shop sellable and shopads activation rates

- Define and execute a product strategy and roadmap for TikTok Shop ads, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, operations, and demand generation for successful development and implementation.

- Analyze business challenges, identify U.S. market-specific client needs and pain points, and implement strategies for TikTok Shop ad solutions to drive performance.

- Assess product performance and customer feedback to optimize ad solutions and deliver maximum value for merchants and brands.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of product management experience, managing products from concept to launch and optimization.

- Ability to influence product management and engineering teams, and work with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong communication skills to articulate technical and business concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to define challenges and implement solutions.

- Fast learner with strong judgment and creative thinking abilities.

- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills in global, cross-functional roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in performance advertising, particularly in e-commerce or shopping ads.

- Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in startups or rapidly evolving industries.
