OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR:

FINANCE EXECUTIVE (Full Set)

Working days: 5 days (Office Hours)

Salary (Commensurate with Experience): $2,800 to $3,800 + Bonus

ONLY Singaporeans and PR.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts.
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of transactions by ensuring that all transactions are authorized, comply with prevailing policies and supporting documents are in order.
• Monitor integrity of system processes by conducting sampling of transactions to ensure payments are in order.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in accordance with documented processes.
• Ensure that transactional accounting postings to general ledgers are accurate for the purpose of charging to the correct accounts.
• Conduct training to a team of financial appointment holders on procedures for managing and controlling resources and expenditure so as to carry out procurement, payment and reimbursement activities on the finance systems.
• Assess and propose changes to the processes, procedures and systems to achieve high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in system designs and conduct user acceptance test to ensure that system design meets the operational requirements.
• Work closely with IT & relevant parties to resolve payment related issues and ensure payment timeliness.
• Develop, coach and motivate members of the team to deliver effective, responsive and customer-centric service to customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates with 2 years of experience with Accounts background or equivalent professional qualifications will have an advantage.
• Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Experience in the charity or nonprofit sector will be advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for the company.
• Preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly management reports and schedules.
• Maintenance of distribution allocation within SAP.
• Assist with yearly statutory audit, including collate / prepare audit schedules, review / draft statutory accounts and attend to auditors’ queries.
• Assist with preparation of yearly tax computation (ECI / Final) and liaise with the tax agent for income tax filing.
• Assist with yearly preparation of Budget.
• Liaising with cross functional teams within Finance (eg. Payables / Receivables / Payroll) to ensure the timely completion of monthly reporting.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for management / Statutory Board.

We are seeking a Finance Regulatory Reporting Officer to join a leading international bank with a strong presence in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely regulatory reporting, including submissions to relevant regulatory bodies. This position requires someone with a strong understanding of banking regulations and experience in a similar role within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reports.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the organization complies with new regulations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore-based finance operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, Oracle); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Experience in Singapore tax regulations, GST reporting, and financial compliance.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience in regional APAC finance operations is a plus.
