RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Management and Leadership:

• Assist the Finance Manager to oversee and manage the finance team, fostering consistent and accurate financial management practices.

Funding Monitoring and Reconciliation:

• Maintain a consolidated funding schedule for all programs to provide a comprehensive overview of expected grant income.

• To make sure the internal validation rules are well applied before PO creation.

Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis to optimize costs and improve efficiency, overseeing accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements, and offering insights to guide business decisions.
