Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal adjustments, and ensure adherence to service standards.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of FRS and Charity Accounting Standards.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Competent in MS Word and Excel; experience with WorkDay ERP system is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, issuing receipts, and updating transactions in the in-house System.
• Support transaction data processing related to service package claims by handling data collection, entry, administration, verification, processing claims, and reporting on claim activities.
• Support the procurement process, including tasks such as vendor creation and facilitating of purchase request (PR) approvals.
• Assist in the setup of systems and workflows for procurement related to workshop and aftersales job orders, ensuring smooth transaction data processing.
