Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work and accounting experience
• Some REIT/real estate experience preferred.
• Analytical, resourceful & possesses good problem-solving capability.
• Self-motivated, meticulous, hands-on, able to work independently and proactive team player.
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced dynamic environment.
• Good communication and organization skills
• Hyperion, SAP/BPC knowledge advantageous
• CPA or CA qualification advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site checks and verification during engineering design phase including preparing connection lists where required to support project implementation
• Supervise and monitor work progress in collaboration with engineer-in-charge and contractors as well as manage contractors’ work performance so as to ensure proper & safe execution of works, maintenance of quality control and satisfactory delivery of project installations.
• Execute pre-commissioning activities such as instrument loop checks, equipment function and interlock tests including participating in Pre Start-up Safety Review (PSSR) walkabout and punch-list so as to facilitate safe & timely commissioning of new/modified facility.
• Coordinate with Drawing Office on updating/generating as-built construction and loop drawings as well as other relevant documents to fulfil the documentation requirements for project handover.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ or ’A’ Level, or preferably Diploma in an Engineering discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in an oil refinery/petrochemical company, with knowledge of process instrumentation.

Salary: up to $4,500 Basic + Shift & Transport Allowances $350
Work Days: 5 Days (Rotating Morning & Afternoon Shifts from Mon to Fri)
Work Location: Boon Lay

Responsibilities:
• Lead production activities in redressing of reagent, supervise other production personnel and work with other staff to achieve redressing targets in accordance with ISO Quality Management System and applicable safety standards.
• Guide and assess performance of production staff in accordance with Production department goals.
• Completion of all associated redressing documentation with good documentation practice.
• Liaise with Maintenance, Quality Control, Warehouse and Production Management as needed to facilitate redressing operations.
• Support continuous process monitoring and reporting of redressing process performance.
• Lead investigation and resolution of customer complaints and implement Corrective Actions –
• Preventive Actions from all findings.
• Support departmental audits by internal/external auditor.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Production, Major in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent preferred with min 5 years of working experience, in which 3 years in people management role.
• Computer literate (MS Office) and knowledge of automation systems, cGMP, ERP and MES software
• Good writing skills
• Positive with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work in rotating shifts
