• Working with GBS Accenture team to manage timely month-end group reporting and submissions.
• Preparation and review of P&L and overheads reports as well as detailed variance analysis.
• Support in providing documentation for all areas of accounting and statutory reporting.
• Preparation and distribution of monthly management pack.
• Support Finance director in providing:Review weekly excise and N30 with supply chain for timely submissions to ATO/ACS.
  Review and submission of monthly BAS (GST, PAYG, WET, FBT instalment).
  Reconciliation and reviewing FBT submission in conjunctions with KPMG.
  Quarterly tax calculation and year-end tax preparation with KPMG.
  Treasury management.
  Annual insurance renewal coordination
  

Reporting relationship

The Finance Analyst reports to the Singapore Finance Director and works closely in the capacity of a Business Partner with the commercial team and other key stake holders.

Experience Required, skills & Attributes

• Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally working in an Audit Firm
• Degree in Commerce/Accounting/CPA
• Experience in Liquor industry preferred, FMCG essential
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong relationship skills
• High attention to detail
• Be comfortable with a multi-cultural environment
• Proven ability to work across functions, carry out data analysis, identify trends, develop commercial options to address commercial issues
• Ability to challenge status quo
• Advanced excel skills a must, macro experience advantageous.
• Good knowledge of SAP BI/APO/BPC/BW
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Pivot and Power Query essential

2. This position of Cafe Service Supervisor will report to the Cafe Manager. He or She will support the Cafe Manager in overseeing day-to-day front of house operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests.
3. He or she will be responsible for providing supervision to a team of service staff on the following areas --

• Welcome and settle down guests according to standards.
• Taking food and drinks order and to provide recommendations where needed.
• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
• Support Cafe Manager in administrative duties including, dealing with vendors, staff roster, billing, daily report and duty assignments.
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus.
• Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Manage team of staff under supervision, including supporting staff members who are from special needs background.
• Conduct briefing and updates to the staff.
• Carry out regular checks of all areas of the cafe to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.
