• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a Team Player
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word applications
• Preferable: Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite

You will be assisting the Director of Finance for managing the financial health and sustainability of the Club; all accounting, financial and payroll related issues, including but not limited to statutory and management reporting requirements, audit and control.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Finance in planning, organizing and executing financial tasks and projects of the Club
• Lead and mentor the Finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Review, evaluate financial statements, reports, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
• Manage year end audit process, impairment assessment and attend to audit queries
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree in finance and accounting or related fields
• ACCA or CPA Singapore equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Finance Manager
• Meticulous and analytical with data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
