2. This position of Cafe Service Supervisor will report to the Cafe Manager. He or She will support the Cafe Manager in overseeing day-to-day front of house operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests.
3. He or she will be responsible for providing supervision to a team of service staff on the following areas --

• Welcome and settle down guests according to standards.
• Taking food and drinks order and to provide recommendations where needed.
• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
• Support Cafe Manager in administrative duties including, dealing with vendors, staff roster, billing, daily report and duty assignments.
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus.
• Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Manage team of staff under supervision, including supporting staff members who are from special needs background.
• Conduct briefing and updates to the staff.
• Carry out regular checks of all areas of the cafe to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.

4. To perform any other appropriate duties and responsibility as assigned by the Cafe Manage

1. Project management of building construction projects.

2. Oversee end to end building construction process.

3. Responsible for all site implementations and completion that meets management set targets and client’s expectations, and compliance to authorities’ regulations.

4. Responsible for project planning, cost control and project documentation.

5. Provide direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub- contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on the schedule of works.

6. Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.

7. Ensure quality of works is achieved, safety and environmental regulations are met.

8. Lead a team of project staff.

My client is a leading company in the chemical services industry and they are looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Accoutant to join them.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will manage full sets of accounts for 1 subsidiary, oversee month-end and year-end closing, prepare financial reports, ensure compliance with statutory filings, prepare GST and tax returns. You will also be liaising with external auditors and tax agents, handling inventory reconciliation, and maintaining the fixed assets register.

Reporting into the APAC Finance Director based in Singapore your roles and responsibilities will be as below:

• Business partnering

o Work with sales and marketing teams to identify key market, customer and brand performance trends and develop plans to mitigate any risks.

o Provide ad hoc information, insights and support on performance as required

o Ensure trade and brand investments are planned and controlled in line with budget targets
