• End to end inventory and logistics oversight including periodic inventory reporting, stock-counts and related reconciliation;
• Support purchase of goods & services including Intercompany purchases;
• Support of other work as assigned, including but not limited to receipts posting, bank reconciliations etc;
• Adhoc administrative matters.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-4 years of working experience in sales admin; experience in bookkeeping and logistic will be advantageous
• Eager to learn and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Effectively bilingual – can speak business standard English and Chinese fluently

• Help with finance projects and system updates.
• Review and improve testing for system accuracy.
• Find ways to make system checks better.
• Give finance tech help to other teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Oracle and AS400.
