Job Description
- Approve accounting entry and review work done by a team of Accountants and Finance Officer.
- Review management reports and variance analysis for all companies.
- Review forecast and budget of all companies.
- Consolidated Group results with variance analysis.
- Assist in management reporting and presentation material.
- Review GST reports and online filing of GST.
- Ensure compliance with Group's approved SOP.
- Review processes and internal controls.
- Manage related party transactions.
- Review monthly cashflow.
- Arrears management.
- Review income tax computation prepared by tax agent and handle tax queries for all companies.
- Review property tax and liaise with IRAS and online filing of property tax matters.
- Online filing of statutory surveys.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent and corporate secretary.
- Liaise with bankers, provide compliance reports.
- Assist in evaluation of investment projects.
- Conduct and coordinate fixed asset sighting.
- Manage Accpac software.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
- Experience in keeping full set of books and real estate company is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Prior audit experience will be highly desirable.
- Team player, meticulous and possess good organising skills.
- Proficient in Accpac, MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
