Job description:

• Execute quality procedures and inspections.
• Manage new material qualifications and inspection reports.
• Ensure non-compliance materials are properly stored and tracked.
• Account for retention samples, blinding samples, and printed labels.
• Review and approve label print requests.
• Support Product Incoming and In-process inspections.
• Track and analyze incoming materials for quality improvements.
• Participate in Quality Management Reviews.
• Plan and execute internal audits and self-inspections.
• Participate in external audits (Regulatory, customer, and supplier).
• Report non-compliance for corrective actions.
• Support Change Control, Customer Complaints, Deviations, CAPA, and Risk Assessments.
• Review and approve site procedures.
• Author procedures related to Quality Operations.
• Ensure document retention and archival.
• Support qualification/validation activities.
• Complete assigned training activities.

Requirement

• Min. Degree / Diploma preferably in Pharmaceutical or Science disciplines.
• Min. 5 years’ experience in quality functions in Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare organization(s).
• Hs prior operational quality management and delivery in an environment of business development and change is essential.
• possess and demonstrate knowledge and experience in GMPs

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead team of Outsource Assistants and Seniors

- Provide guidance to team members

- Book-keeping and preparation of management accounts

- Preparation of Statutory report (Financial Statements and Notes to the accounts)

- Preparation of custom reporting packages based on client requirements

- Where clients are audited, provide support with respect to services provided to the client

- Cash management and payment processing

- GST preparation and filing

- Payroll processing

- Handle portfolio of clients, including assignment of jobs to team members

Requirements:

- A degree in accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification

- At least 4 years of relevant experience from a professional services firm in an Business Process Outsourcing (Client Accounting) environment

- Proficient with accounting software

- Meticulous with good accuracy and attention to detail

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore requirements on accounting, GST and payroll

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of logistics and operations executives
• Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of inventor.
• Order management from Order processing.
• Monitor overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfil orders committed.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers on open orders, deliveries and reschedules
• Perform Invoicing and Accounts Receivables.
• Maintain inventory and stock reconciliation.
• Extract and compile information to create report.
• Filing, Posting and Data entry in company's ERP system.
• Perform daily arrangement for delivery & customers’ collection of goods.
• Perform order processing into accounting system.
• Monitor overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfil orders committed.
• Manage and build a good relationship with 3rd party transporter to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage and work closely with Malaysia/Thailand/China team on the day-to-day operations on daily basis and to ensure that all requirements are met.
• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate shipment and to liaise with external parties or forwarders.
• To ensure that all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• Coordinate the day-to-day import/export logistics operations with Malaysia/Thailand/China team and transactions documentation for freight forwarding and other related activities.
• Assist to submit GST supporting document to accounts department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager / Management.

Prepare Statutory Filings

- Review tax computations and tax returns

- Review other tax-related statutory e-filings

- Research and analyse data to perform tax computations

- Prepare accurate tax returns for e-filing

- Identify developments that impact tax compliance

- Keep proper tax-related documentation

- Check notices of assessment

- Review tax provisions

Manage tax controversies

- Review responses to manage tax controversies, including defending organisation’s or client’s tax positions and responding to tax authority’s queries

- Research and analyse data to draft response to queries

Identify tax risk areas

- Gather information on tax, accounting, business, legal and governance issues to identify tax risks

- Review implications of tax risks to the client or organisation

- Monitor business operations and data periodically to ensure tax controls and other tax risk policies are adhered to

Drafting of tax advice

- Identify tax issues across different tax types to draw out implications to the client or management

- Draft tax advice to the client or management

- Ensure proper documentation of tax technical and/or tax legal positions supporting the tax advice

Experience in handling Personal Tax

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of experience with a professional accounting firm

- Experience in dealing with tax advisory for Corporate Tax, Personal Tax and GST related matters a plus

- Obtained / pursuing SIATP membership or equivalent
