Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification (Chartered Accountant is a must)
• Prior experience in handling cash flow management across multiple entities and knowledge of US GAAP is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in managerial role within the automotive or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, and cost control principles in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

The Audit Supervisor is expected to lead various sizes of audit engagements which include planning, performing, reviewing of audit work performed by less experienced personnel and concluding the engagement. He/She works closely with team members to execute the audit plan and ensures the timely completion of the audit engagement. My client is manufacturing firm with strong global presence and they are seeking for a Finance Business Partner to lead a team to support the business units in a dymanic environment. This role will be working closely with the business and ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

This role involves ensuring accurate month-end closings, preparing financial performance reports, and driving improvements in gross margin and cost management. Key responsibilities include managing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and enhancing financial processes for operational excellence.
