We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality products and people. This can be a physically demanding job which may require moving all day. You should be comfortable working with machinery and getting your hands dirty with chocolate! You should be be able to work independently as well as with our team of Chocolatiers & Chefs.

Job description

• Assist with the Bean-to-bar chocolate making process: roasting, cracking, winnowing, tempering, molding and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness of chocolate production area and equipment.
• Assist with the performance of chocolate production equipment maintenance and up-keep of these machines.
• Track production schedule.
• Ensure the quality of chocolate made
• Assist with the supervison of team members
• In charge of the rostering for all team members.
• Farm visits may be required
• Nurture relationship and be in communication with partner farms in India, Malaysia,Vietnam…etc.
• Assist in the quality control of chocolate products.
• Identify process improvements.
