· Minimum 10 years of experience in audit, accounting, regional/group FP&A roles in progressive MNCs/large regional groups in manufacturing

· Strong cost accounting knowledge

· Strong command of the English language, able to read and converse in Mandarin with our China colleagues and the general ability to communicate clearly is essential

Job Description

• To ensure purchases comply with financial policies and procedures, all documents and approvals are in order before posting in accounting system
• To cross verify invoices by fellow AP colleagues to clear the
• invoice for payment.
• Process payment in accordance to Finance SOP
• To ensure payment approval are sought in accordance to Bank Mandate
• To process clients refunds
• To reconcile on supplier’s statement of account and follow up with the relevant stakeholders
• Perform Intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis
• Handle vendors/suppliers enquiries
• To provide necessary assistance during internal and external audit
• Propose any changes to the AP processes to the supervisors
• To assist in preparing monthly dashboard and monthly reports
• To clear the finance letter box and emails
• Any adhoc duties assigned by the supervisors

Job Requirements

• At least diploma in Accountancy with minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience

Scope of Activities

• Supervise works and ensure compliance with architectural standards and project specifications.

• Maintain Records, Keep detailed logs of activities, inspections, and site conditions.
• Verify drawings and ensure all work aligns with approved plans and drawings.
• Check compliance and confirm that contractors meet all contract requirements.
• Inspect layouts, verify service routes, and report any deviations from plans.
• Ensure safety practices, Oversee the implementation of temporary supports and protections.
• Monitor daily activities and update daily contractor activities using WhatsApp.
• Maintain standards and ensure site cleanliness and tidiness are upheld.
• Verify claims and alidate contractor reports and claims, including variations.
• Inspect compliance; ensure all work meets specifications prior to handover.

Eduction & Qualification/

Experiance

• Diploma in Architectural from local polytechnic or equivalent; and
• Possess 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in architectural work.

Qualification/Experiance
