Job Requirements

-Serves as the link between direct reports and middle / upper management.

-Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products, utilizing knowledge of production processes and methods, machine and equipment capabilities, and human resource requirements and capabilities.

-Makes decisions on job assignments and work priorities

-Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and downtime.

-Responsible for equipment condition and department housekeeping

-Researches, complies and prepares reports, correspondence, and other information required by management, as well as, identifies and resolves report discrepancies or errors.

-Works with employees to maintain a safe work environment. Leads and supports direct reports to work in a safe manner and to seek improvements in work practices.

-Ensures that product quality and production efficiencies meet or exceed established standards.

-Examines procedures and recommends changes to save time, labor, and other costs and to improve quality control and operating efficiency.

-Observes direct reports to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.

-Verifies completeness and accuracy of direct reports’ work, computations, and records.

-Participates in work of direct reports to facilitate productivity or overcome difficult aspects of work.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

Responsibilities

• Perform the day-to-day Accounts Payable function
• Perform monthly creditors and inter-company confirmation.
• Process employees’ expenses claims in accordance with policies
• Process monthly payment to suppliers on a timely and accurate basis
• Resolve queries on AP/Expense Claim with vendors and internal business units
• Fixed Assets schedule and reconciliation
• Any other duties/projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in handling accounts payables
• Preferably a Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Must be meticulous, adopts a pro-active attitude, good communication skills, a team player, disciplined and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities include:
-Assist in daily operations
-Ensure that the cafe and coffee house is properly maintained and clean
-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliency.
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
-resolving of conflicts in a professional way
