Functional

• Lead the Finance integration of newly acquired schools with finance systems.
• Able to work with multiple systems like SAGE 300, IBM TM1 and CognoseController
• Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements of acquired entities.
• Ensure transfer pricing and other statutory compliance of acquired entities aredone as per statutory requirements and as per group policy.
• Transition of statutory audit to big 4 smoothly and completion of audit on time.
• Formulate policies and procedures for greater process efficiency and tightercontrols
• Provide a detailed financial support to the operational activities as and whenrequired
• Should be able to study and analyse Due Diligence reports

People Interaction

• Should interact with service provider of various IT service provider.
• Liaise with other functional managers in different geographies to put thefinances and accounts in context.
• To supervise and provide guidance to staff members in finance matters.
