• Ensure accurate Credit Card collections per donation forms received
• Verify details in donation forms against enclosed cheque received and prepare for daily batched bank-in
• Generate and send Daily Batch Report to Donations Relations (DR) Staff for internal reconciliation
• Reconcile entries in Donation Management System with bank statement

Cash counting with DR staff

• Conduct count on cash donations collected together with Donations Relations Staff
• Ensure accurate record on count sheet for cash collected with proper sign off

Prepare Tax and non-Tax Receipts from Donation Management System

• Print receipts from system upon request by DR after reconciliation completed in system

Support Donation Tools Management

• Involvement in new Donation System data migration and UAT

Qualifications:

• Diploma /Bachelor in Accountancy or Accounting/Business related discipline
• 2-3 years of Accounting/Finance experience
