Administration

· On business management:

o Source, negotiate, and determine course fee for children enrichment program.

o Ensure optimum level of students enrolment and ensure profitability is beyond break even vs centre’s overhead expenses.

o To do strategic planning on publicity for enrolment & volunteerism.

· Ensure that licensing requirements are met at all times.

· Ensure that up to-date records (factsheet, centre’s enrolment, particulars of students and their parents, staff, medical and leave records, attendance of staff and students) are properly maintained.

· Ensure that records (petty cash, fee collection records, registration and withdrawals, subsidy applications etc) are properly maintained.

· Liaise with government agencies on operational matter namely, MCDS, HDB and Town Councils.

Description

· Work with colleagues in China to Manage the transfer of international accounts to the Singapore Regional Headquarters

· Setup and manage a dedicated accounting system for the region (eg. SAP, Oracle)

· Work with colleagues in China to setup SOPs

· Overseeing and reviewing works done by the regional finance team

· Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P

· Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.

Key tasks and responsibilities

· Responsible for all onshore and offshore construction activities relative to the part (or full) of the FPSO construction, defined based on discipline (e.g. Structure / Piping / EIT) or area (e.g. specific module(s) / Engine Room / LQ / Turret)

· Ensure that all construction related tasks are undertaken to the required standard and performed in a safe, productive manner (compliance with all statutory or legislative requirements related to OH&S, environment, etc.)

The successful candidate will report to our global Operations and Finance Director to support a global team of consultants delivering professional advisory services across the aviation and aerospace value chain.

Job Responsibilities:

The Operations and Finance Associate is expected to:

• Support the company’s global Operations and Finance Director, and Operations Leader and Finance Leader in the administration and advancement of the company:
• Operations: preparation of routine reports; management of business, IT and other subscriptions and systems; employee visa matters; employee onboarding/offboarding; training; compliance; company processes; etc.
• Finance: invoice preparation and distribution; preparation of routine reports; record keeping and correspondence with outside accountants; accounts payable and accounts receivable; financial analysis and reporting; tax coordination; payroll; intercompany invoicing; etc.
• Leads and project management: Perform tasks to setup and close out consulting projects, including processes in our CRM system, SharePoint and other IT systems
