Responsibilities:

· Partial set of accounts, AP entries, bank reconciliation

· Processing of employees’ monthly expense claims

· To ensure absolute accuracy and timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and schedules

· Prepare outgoing payables and providing payment advice

· Manage vendor balance reconciliation and follow-up with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Requirements:

· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management etc.

· A team player, portraying a friendly disposition with demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English

· Knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint will be an added advantage

· Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records

· Meticulous with strong attention to detail

· Knowledge in SAP system will be advantageous

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the company's overall accounts, prepare the company's financial statements, complete consolidated statements, conduct financial analysis, and provide various financial reports to the company's management;
• Establish and maintain good relationships with banks, tax or other financial institutions, and be able to perform tax declaration work;
• Participate in the review of various contracts, and participate in the approval of internal and external payments and various fee payments in various contracts;
• Develop, maintain and improve the company's financial management procedures and policies;
• Responsible for personnel training and team building.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines;
• Familiar with Singapore tax laws and other laws and regulations;
• Have more than 5 years of experience in finance, taxation, and accounting general ledger, and be proficient in completing consolidated statements;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in fluent English and Mandarin.
