1. Collaborate with the management team to understand business strategies, analyze current organization performance, develop / implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and process improvement activities in order to support the aggressive business growth.

2. Execute group plan, support the planning of production schedules, as well as formulate and recommend supporting policies and program.

3. Create, track and manage budgets for QC and Logistic, timelines, tasks, responsibilities and activities to meet customer product quality and on-time delivery expectations.

4. Ability to drive the QC and Logistic operation to meet goals / objectives, ISO procedural requirements & ensure compliance to quality management systems.

5. Identify, track and report metrics for QC and Logistic process performance and consistency.

8. Serve as a day-to-day advisor and coach to leaders and employees under care.

9. Assist the Senior Manager to liaise with customers concerning product specifications quality issues and delivery issues.

10. Update quality standards and delivery standards regularly to the teams in order to conform to customers’ requirements.

11. Plan and supervise the QC Technicians to perform in-coming, in-process and final QC daily activities.

12. Participate in trouble-shooting activities, if any.

Job Requirements

· Manage the daily operation of the centre

· Handle administrative duties

· Plan for manpower and logistics

· Oversee teacher duty roster and guide teachers in classroom management

· Attend to walk in enquiries and phone calls

· Manage a class of 20-25 primary school students

· Coach and guide primary school students on school homework, spellings and assessment worksheets

· Marking of assessment worksheets

· Prepare and conduct learning activities and lessons in creative and engaging formats

· Build a strong friendship with the parents and students and impact them positively

· Support on day-to-day centre activities/ ad hoc events and initiatives where necessary

· Communicate and update parents on children’s progress

· Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety and security protocols are met at all times

· Maintain cleanliness of the classroom and centre

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within the waterproofing or construction industry.

* In-depth knowledge of waterproofing techniques, materials, and industry best practices.

* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and train a team effectively.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.

* Strong understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
