Responsibilites

• Supervise & ensure that food is pack in a timly manner
• Ensure that food is ready & pack according to locations to be send as per schedule
• Ensure the quality & quantity of food
• Oversee the food packing department's roster, leave & manpower requirement
• Oversee the smooth work flow of the packing department
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior

Duties

Report directly to Operations Manager

Maintain professional image and etiquette at the workplace

Manage the daily operations of the outlet

Provide staff counseling and handle staff grievances

Plan work schedule on a weekly basis and ensure staffing is sufficient to run the daily operations

Check on product quality and ensure all kitchen appliances is functioning smoothly

Plan and develope new products with the production team member

Perform opening and closing of the outlet

Interact with customers and gather customer feedback

Upkeep the hygiene standard of the kitchen and production areas

Job highlights

4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule

Requirements

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma

Work experience- at least two year sales working experience in related fields

Job type- full time

Required languages: English and able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
